Mr Tony Hong was appointed as Chairman of the board in October 2019. He is a Director
of Jitra Eye Sdn Bhd, a leading Integrated Security Systems provider. As a visionary, strategic and transformational
leader, Mr Hong brings to the board and group of companies under Novus leadership and management skills as well
as significant experience in digital transformation, business process re-engineering and managing multiple regions
with culturally diverse workforce.
Mr Hong worked at Certis CISCO Security Pte Ltd, a fully owned subsidiary of Singapore Government sovereign
wealth fund's Temasek Holdings, from 2011 to 2019 and served as Senior Managing Director for Malaysia, Middle
East and Greater China and Senior Vice President for Integrated Solutions Group during his career there.
Between 2009 and 2011, he worked at International SOS Pte Ltd as Head of Sales and prior to that from 1998 to
2009 he was a veteran in the telecommunication industry with Singapore Telecommunication and Verizon Business
and was the Country Manager in his ultimate role.
Mr Hong holds a Bachelor of Science (Computer and Information Sciences) with Merit from National University
of Singapore.

Novus Group has completed the agreement with Certis Security Pte Ltd (Certis), a fully owned subsidiary of
Singapore Government sovereign wealth fund's Temasek Holdings, to fully acquire all of Certis security operations
in Malaysia.
Through this acquisition, Novus Group has extended our coverage to more than 20 locations in both Peninsular and East Malaysia
with 2,000 employees.
